Automate PhoneGap application deployment with PhoneGap Build API

This system will connect to our custom REST APIs to gather the Application data and wrap it up into a ZIP package which will then be delivered to PhoneGap Build API for packaging and delivery of iPhone apps and possibly Android apps. The system will need to be built in a language capable of high levels of concurrency and possibly multi-threading. Development time is also an issue since the system must be completed before the first weekend in October. The HTML templates, Javascript Client framework, and all styling will be prepared by another developer so that is not a concern. This system will pull the necessary files and place them in the required folder structure for delivery. A simple GUI to manage Developer Certificate (iOS) uploads, queued applications and applications available for download (links) is also necessary.
