Auto tweet plugin for Joomla website

I would like to tweet a link and the title to articles from certain joomla categories automatically to twitter.

The articles will be randomly selected, and will be tweeted at certain intervals. I will have the option to select the intervals which will be measured in tweets per day.

Articles already tweeted will not be eligible to be tweeted again, until all the articles in all the selected categories have been tweeted and then the cycle starts again.

The tweet message will need to be customisable with the ability for the following keyword replacements:

{title} - the full title of the article

{link} - the link will be shortened using bit.ly

I will have the option to select more than one user account to tweet articles to. The different twitter accounts will not have the same articles tweeted and will work independently.
