Auction site planning, design and development ASP.NET 4 & SQL Server

We are starting development on an online auction site - think E-Bay but on a (obviously) much, much smaller scale - and need work done on many aspects of the development process, from planning and design to programming and DB tuning and maintenance.

We plan to engage freelancers to assist with the project on an hourly basis. The initial development platform for the project is ASP .NET 4 and SQL Server for DB.

We hope to establish a lasting relationship with the freelancers used, and would prefer to engage individuals that have experience with both database design and programming as well as design and implementation of scalable web applications.
