Transform Script to Video

Hi,

I have script for 11 videos that needs to be made into Videos, total in 4 languages
so 44 videos, duration average about 4-6 minutes each.
i can pay 4 dollars per video.
The 4 languages are, Malay , English, Tamil , Mandarin and the scripts are in English only.
I also need subtitles in the local language on the video that is being produced.
+ Need thumbnails for each videos ( 1.5 dollars each thumbnails )

Once videos and thumbnails created, it must be uploaded into a youtube channel.
