Microsoft Power Platform & AI Integration for Action System

I need an experienced Microsoft Power Platform specialist to complete a secure executive decision and action management system within Microsoft 365.

The system must maintain one master record of decisions and actions, use Microsoft To Do as the daily execution interface, and automatically synchronise task creation and completion with SharePoint/Microsoft Lists and an existing Excel executive register. It should also support future controlled updates through ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot.

The initial scope includes:

* SharePoint Lists as the structured action and decision layer
* Power Automate flows for Action → Microsoft To Do → completion write-back
* Duplicate and synchronisation-loop prevention
* Updating the existing Excel executive register
* Secure, controlled integration with ChatGPT/Copilot
* Documentation, testing, rollback and handover

Existing Microsoft 365 assets must be inspected and preserved. No passwords, MFA codes or permanent administrator access will be provided. Work must use least-privilege access, test data and a Power Platform Solution.
