Refining Training module on chatbots

I need a more refined Training module on chatbots by someone who uses packages like ManyChat / Tidio/• Notion AI / Zendesk AI

I've created some training materials.

Thus far there are 3 modules, two of them I'm fairly happy with Module 2 and 4 attached. Although these have different styles in terms of layout they should provide you with some examples of teaching aids...exercises, spaces for learners to include their own thoughts and ideas.

Module 3 is a problem as I don't know anything about Chatbots and how to use them (I actually hate being interacted with personally by a Chatbot which is why I go a bit cold teaching about them.

The requirement is to include some teaching example of how to use Chatbots to be more productive and save time in your SME (tourism industry), using the training narrative already written in Module 3. You can use the similar teaching examples and exercises used in Modules 2 and 4.

You must be available to work on this today 9 October.

If you use Chatbots daily or recommend them for clients it really shouldn't be difficult to come up with some teaching examples.
