Custom coded ai chatbot for website

Hello my company is nidripcentralelectronics.co.uk I need help with creating a custom coded chat bot that ca be used via website and mobile application

I need it to handle customer querys And support questions. I want to be able to reply and respond respond customer if the bot can't handle it

My only problem is company is behind on budget and can't pay right now if you somebody can help fix this and need it for a deadline
