Create an agent that carries out a scheduled process

I’m looking for an experienced AI automation or RPA engineer to build a smart browser agent that automates a daily process within the web-based BigChange platform (https://clients.bigchange.com/).

The agent must log in through the browser, navigate the “Not Received POs” section, and handle jobs intelligently — checking dates, opening each job, and marking purchase orders as Sent and Received when invoices exist.
This isn’t just a basic macro or screen recorder — it needs to be adaptive and AI-driven, capable of handling pop-ups, layout changes, and conditional logic (e.g. “if invoice exists → do X; else → skip”).
The automation should run on a daily schedule (self-triggered or via orchestrator) and produce a summary log/report of each run.

Requirements:
Strong background in browser-based automation using tools like Playwright, Selenium, UiPath, or TaskLabs.
Experience with OpenAI GPT-4/5 Agents or LLM reasoning for adaptive workflows.
Able to set up daily scheduling, retry logic, and logging.
Secure handling of login credentials and 2FA.

Deliverables:
Working browser agent performing the BigChange PO process daily.
Configurable schedule and credentials.
Run log or basic dashboard.
Source code and brief documentation.
