Position agent as middleware between intake pipelines (webhooks) and Staff Dashboard.

Keep modular (dedicated container or microservice).

Transaction Marker (Stub)

Lightweight record-keeping for commitments (states like “confirmed”, “pending”, “closed”).

Stub only in this phase — no live transaction flows.

Extension Hooks

Prepare service stubs for future add-ons:

Content Assistant → auto-generate draft posts/updates.
