Article directory website building

hi there web developers/designers.
i'm looking for someone ablw to build me article directory site preferably in wordpress but necessary as long as it's seo friendly. it needs to have the same functions and user friendliness as the likes of article directories such as articlebase.com.
it needs to have adsense etc integrated into pages and article posts.
it also needs to be able share adsense revenue with registered authors articles they publish. i.e if some one article generates a thousand clicks they get a percentage of this revenue.
