Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
I am launching a divorce website and have a regular slot for a life coach's article giving some positive advice on various aspects of divorce. My regular writer can't do the first article, so I want someone who is willing to have their photo and name on the homepage of the website as author of this advice - someone practicing as a life coach or a counsellor with specific experience in the area of divorce/ relationships or conflict.
I am willing to consider any ideas for this article - it's an open book. However two areas that I think are interesting are:
Tips for dealing with conflict. How the person you knew so well becomes a stranger during divorce; how to deal with the gloves coming off; how to fight your corner if you are scared of conflict; ways of managing your anger if you are the fighting one; useful ways of gaining yourself thinking space in the heat of the moment.
and
Divorce: a chance to rebuild your life the way you want it. We all get entrenched in certain habits, even ruts. Although earth shattering, divorce can be a chance to move away from a life of compromise and start fulfilling your dreams and create the life you want.
Article should be min 600 words but can be longer. Can be in tip form although not too basic and bullet pointy.
I will also need a high res good photo -does not have to be professionally taken but needs to look smarter than your favourite holiday snap. You need to be happy to use your professional name and provide a brief biog e.g. Jo Bloggs has been a Life Coach for 7 years. He specialises in transforming relationships, careers and getting people the lives they want and is also a trained counsellor.
Please include your projected article length in your quote.
