Article and press release writing for SEO perpose

I am looking for some one who can write one page ( about 500 words ) article or press release every week none stop for my business. But, not to waste your time and mine, I am looking for someone who knows about SEO and all the rules and laws and points and can write good articles and press releases. I might have also web content and paper writing to related to my business which is transportation in USA. I will be paying $20 per article or press release and I need 3 articles and 2 press release every month.( may be more )
