Our team is looking for a lead gen expert to join our team and take over 6 of our lead generation accounts based out of the US.

Your Responsibilities.
- You must have experience with offline conversion tracking and setting up imports with systems like Hubspot or similar.
- Setup, manage and optimise the performance of PPC and performance marketing.
campaigns on Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, display networks, social media and any other appropriate channels.
- Create, maintain, monitor and optimise PPC accounts to maximise campaign goals.
- Handling small to large media budgets for clients in a multitude of Industries.
- Create, manage and optimise paid media campaigns.
- Creative responsibility to construct compelling copy for PPC adverts.
- Dealing with clients of all sizes, and contributing to strategy development and wider web contribution outside of just PPC.
What We’re Looking For.
- Someone who has specifically niched down into lead generation on paid search and social.
- The ability to offer exceptional client experiences (we have a fantastic client retention rate and our customer service is one of the reasons why).
- Digital marketing experience and expert knowledge of PPC account management.
- Great communication skills - we need somebody who can explain what they have done in a campaign simply and without complication.
- Someone who thrives in a small, growing team.
- Someone who is comfortable with project management tools, video calls (both internal and external).
- Prior experience with Google Scripts / Google Tag Manager is a bonus (but not essential).
Our Requirements.
- At least 3 years experience as a PPC Manager with paid search (Google, Bing) and paid social (Meta, LinkedIn, etc).
- Previous experience working for a digital, design or marketing agency serving external clients.
- A self-starter, able to work independently with high levels of autonomy and responsibility.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication.
- Sense of humour.
