Arduino Expert to develop prototype security camera

We have a customer requirement for the development of a solar powered security camera with quite a bit of functionality.

Full requirements will be provided on application.

There is approx 100 hours work involved in developing this prototype (we know this as contractors have quoted on this project previously, however due to out customer taking a while to make a decision our preferred contractor isn't currently available).

We will pay for the required hardware/parts upfront (for you to order locally), however all payment for resource will be paid upon completion of a fully working prototype being provided.

All applicants must have excellent spoken/written English skills.
