Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
Estimated project duration: less than 1 week
Design details: I require someone to create/draw site plans and building elevations for a simple commercial property. Drawings required for 'change of use' planning application. Building is 100ft x 40ft x 15ft, no windows or complicated detailing.
Have already hand drawn the elevation I required, requires copying. Drawing is accompanied by existing building photographs and notes. 2D elevations drawings will be sufficient. Also need site plan annotating.
Additional work may be required in the future for right candidate.
Ideas for the visual style: 2D CAD drawing.
Things to avoid: Person untrained AutoCad Architecture
Extra notes: No design assistance required, simply require someone to copy existing hand drawings. NO design flare needed.
