ArchiCAD Building Model

We have surveyed a care home and have prepared a DWG file of the existing plans and elevations. In order to move the project forward I would like to develop the building as an ArchiCAD model. Therefore I would like the model produced with accuracy to reflect the attached PDF, including the interior rooms. I am not bothered about WCs, sinks, fittings etc. I also do not require any attention to surface finishes/ textures - I will deal with this as part of the proposed scheme. Therefore our brief is:

Produce ArchiCAD model of existing building, to accurate heights as per our as-existing drawing. We will supply floor to ceiling height.
