Archectectural/planning applications/building regs and sketch up

Small builder undertaking extension work and some orangeries and conservatories,
He needs an architect/Technician to ;-
Sketch up models for extensions/orangeries etc to present to client for jobs that fall within permitted development and don't require planning or regs
Planning applications when needed
Building Reg submissions when needed
A site survey [in and around Tunbridge wells] IF needed
He gets numerous enquries where the client has no info - they are usually given an "opinion" as to the likely costs with a referral if drwgs are required - often he will give an indication of expected fees or he includes this in his package
He has access to a competitive Engineers as needed.
