Approximately 100 photos need re-sizing and enhancing.

Requirements:
1.)Approximately 100 photos to be enhanced.
2.)All photos need re-sizing or cropping (Whichever looks best) to 1000 (Height)x 800 (Width)
3.)Images need to be saved for web.
4.)Images need to have logo place onto each picture.

My expectations:
1.)Please enhance the sample picture attached for me to review your skills.
2.)24 hour turn around time.
3.)Please review the image which has been modified to see exactly what not to send me!

Also note, i have been using Photoshop for 10 years.. anyone who sends me a sample which has been killed to death with filters will be ignored.
