Appointment setting - Mortgage Advisor.

I am a Mortgage Advisor and have bought in quite a lot of leads. Im looking for someone to go through these and call them up to see if they book me an appointment for a mortgage review.

Im useless on the phone, if people say theyre not interested i just say ok and give in, in appointments face to face im the total opposite and have a near 100% sales record when sitting with clients - sometimes you have to know where your not very good and leave it to someone who can get a better success rate.

Anyway...
Im offering £12 per appointment sat and a 25% share of ANY commission earnt. If you dont come out with an average of £100-150 per appointment sat i would be very surprised.

I would prefer someone from the north west as thats where all of the leads are from, but im open to anyone who is confident they could do a good job.
