Apply Responsive Design Principles to Our Competitions

We run some competitions. And we need your help in making them responsive in terms of designs.

Looking for someone with experience with css media queries. I would like to optimise the competitions for iphone, ipads, android and devices of varying resolutions via media queries for each step of the competition.

I need someone to do it and get the user experience right.

So I have three questions:
