Application of products to a e commerce site,

I have just registered a domain name for an e commerce store I am trying to get up and running through www.123-reg.co.uk .The shop will be selling cds mostly, and the stock will need to be split up into catergories and have my own paypal installed as a payment method. I need someone to add pictures,description and price to for the stock that will be uploaded. Shipping will be the same as royal mail rates which will need to be entered. Whoever takes this job will need to explain to me how to add and delete stock on completion of the job. Any questions contact me on message board. Payment will be flexible, but please bear in mind the business is not yet up and running.
