Append 250 business decision maker contacts/emails

Hi, we need some help to append contact first name, surname, title and email to a list of companies we already have.

We are an IT Services company in Edinburgh and have a direct mail/email campaign ready to go to prospects.

We just need to firm up our prospect's mailing & emailing details accurately for this to work.

We need to market our services to a key decision maker in a small business which has from 6 to 60 Computer users. Sometimes this could be an MD/Director, sometimes an Office Manager.

In our experience this requires a call to each company to confirm name, title, address and email for this responsible person. Also to check how many computer users they have and what they do to support IT currently.

Occasionally, they may have an IT manager or administrator in the company. If this is the case, we want this person's name, title and email too.

Need the data back complete with above details in Excel sheet.

What could you do to help and how much would you anticipate? I imagine this would start as a test project for a number of records but if successful we'd look to continue with batches of 100-250 at a time.
