App Re Skinned

I have an app I would like re skinned.

There are only a few graphics which need re skinned and shouldn't take long to complete.

I have a theme in mind and have some graphics to use which will be shown to the right artist.

This is the first app I will be re skinning which will hopefully lead to a few more.

I have attached the largest image which needs re-done, the words and boxes need to be in exactly the same places but need changed (font colours etc).

Please only quote if you have done this type of work before and attach some previous work.
