App needed for IOS and Android

General information for the business: We need an app that will integrate with Google Apps or Box or WeTransfer API to upload rich media files and metadata

Description of requirements/functionality:

1- user films video sequence(s) on smartphone

2 -user opens app

3 -user identifies self with username and pass word (to be verified against user records)

4 - app prompts user to browse for files to upload

5 - user enters metadata (name notes etc)

6 - app summarises files and data to upload

7 - app estimates upload time based on bandwidth available

8 - user confirms wish to upload

9 - upload takes place to predefined folder in chosen cloud storage platform
NB - upload would need to be multipart and resumable due to metadata and volume of data

10 - app displays upload status while upload underway

11- app displays confirmation message when upload complete

NB - in case of aborted upload this is logged and administrator informed

12 - user and administrator receive an email confirming upload made with details of metadata and user supplied

13 - upload logged on both master upload log and against user's account details

14 - adminstrator downloads files sent for processing

NB - we will want the app to have customisable fields so we could brand with clients logo if needed via a CMS
Specific technologies required: must be iOS and Android compliant and ready certified for placement on App Store and Google Play albeit at additional cost
Extra notes: Developer should be based in London or England
Source code would need to supplied at end of project
