App Homepage & Barcode Scanner

We are looking for an experienced mobile app developer to design, develop & submit to google play & apple a new homepage & informational pages for our soon to be launched app. We would like the ability to update pages ourselves if possible

We would like the layout to flexible across a range of tablets, phones etc.

Barcode Scanner
The products are populated from a SQL database and we would like a barcode scanner to search the database (the barcodes are held in the database) and then display the relevant product for customers to then order.
