Answering service locator/researcher

Would like a researcher to find a supplier based in the UK (or somebody who is based abroad but with a very good British accent) who can take calls for our company on a cost per call basis.

We will supply them with the software to answer the calls through a voip line (if they are not a call centre but working from home).
The supplier needs a reliable internet connection, computer and mic. Ideally they would be working for other clients at the same time, otherwise I can't imagine they would agree to working on a cost per call basis.

We're an estate agency and most calls will be from buyers and sellers with straight forward enquiries. messages will need to be taken and forwarded to relevant party.

Our budget is 10p to 40p per call.

There are services such as answer co uk which are UK based but charge £1 a call. Too high in our opinion.

If call volume is high enough, hiring somebody on an hourly full time basis is justified. However we're a start up and call volumes will not reach that threshold until atleast the middle or end of the 2nd month of trading.
So we are looking to pay cost per call for atleast 1.5 to 2 months.

We'd like a list of minimum 3 providers (more would be nice :) ) that are willing to take us on as a customer on these terms and will pay around £10 for the list. (roughly 30 mins-1 hour of work, if you know what you're doing)
