Animator needed

We are looking for an animator to create an animation of the earth, which starts out skinny and starving then smoothly grows until it is obese. With the date in years ticking over from 1950 to 2014.
We are looking for a cartoonish but professional look to it. With an hand drawn feel to it, the earth needs to have a personality maybe with a face on it.
The dates should tick over like a digital clock.
When the globe is skinny it should be almost like an apple core, then Grow to a normal size then keep going, with a belly protruding from one side and hanging down a little.

Needs to look slick and be very high resolution. It is part of a wider documentary project which is looking at the fact that there are now more obese people then starving people.
We have a limited budget for this project but would like to build a relationship with a animator for future better paid projects.
