Animation/designer work

We are looking for an animator/graphic designer for a game that is being developed for different platforms, who can make our characters "become alive" (animate their walking, moving, talking).
It would be a clear great advantage if he could also design characters in manga style ONLY. This is not a condition, this would be an advantage!
Since this is a long-term project, good communication skills, great knowledge of required programmes are essentials. Our team really operates like a family, so it would be great to have a good team player in our team. It doesn't matter in which program you work, most important are the quality and the end result.
