Animated Video Design and Development

I am looking for someone to create a look and feel similar to something I have seen and like http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u6XAPnuFjJc to help me to explain what one of my clients does. We wish to create a video of about 2 mins 30 seconds or so, which will sit on this website. We dont have to use this particular style, just something that tells B2B messages in an interesting way and makes them look creative, strategic and different. I would be interested in seeing examples of your work and suggestions as to how much time this would take to create, assuming that the script and audio would be provided. To start off the project, it owuld help if you did not put in a deposit of more than 50% total estimated budget..! I hope this is the right category to catch the right people...
