Animate 9 head shots

Design details: I will have 9 head shots of employees that I want to animate (see attached sample). I will provide the 9 files. I want someone to animate. I think random blinking is a minimum. The timing of the action should random so that they all don't blink at the same moment. Perhaps you make one or two smile a little. See great example at http://www.piccsy.com/investors/

The deliverables should be gif and svg files. That's 18 files in total.
