Animal shapes for Laser cutting

To design 6 animal shapes to be used for laser cutting. These animals will be used across a range of products to be laser cut from various materials. The external shape of each animal can be fairly detailed but there cannot be any thin points as this could lead to a breakage. The internal details on the shapes can only be engraved or cut through so it is essential that the essence of the design is in this detail. The laser can only read lines so it is vital that the designs are produced in black & white and there cannot be any block coloured areas.

It is important that the 6 animals are similar to one another in style as they will be a range of products.

I have attached two images in terms of a mood board. The first one represents a style that I like and also an example of what is possible in terms of laser cutting. The second image is a combination of animals and the profiles/shapes that I would like the animals to be in.

Fox
Rabbit
Deer
Owl
Bird
Hedgehog
