Android & iPhone "facebook style" slide-out menu

Description: Hey all i am in need of basic "hello world" code that implements the "facebook style" slide-out menu like one would see in the facebook app.

The app will need to use the Phonegap build (http://phonegap.com) for the inner workings of the app (basically HTML, CSS and Javascript) for the "pages" of the app.

Programming IDEs for:
Android => Eclipse
iPhone => Xcode

The OS versions should be (minimum):
Android 4.x
iOS 5.x

Both apps will have only one orientation which will be portrait so no need to code for changing orientation of the phone/tablet.

The challenge for this project is, since the phonegap is webpage based, and the slide-out menu will not be web page based then communicating between the two will be the challenging part. I'm guessing that the slide-out menu buttons can send an Ajax request to change the inner page?

I've given you the basic framework for both the iphone and android above so just adding the slide-out menu function + phonegap code (which is what the basic framework pages above does) is all i really need.

There are many examples of the Android facebook style slide-out menu online for just copying and pasting the code to this project. Likewise, there's also a lot of iOS examples as well of the facebook style slide-out menu.

Attached is a PDF showing the animation of the slide-out menu and how it basically should look on the Android and iPhone app.

I am setting this project @ $50.00 as it's really just finding code and copy and pasting it into a working Android and iPhone app. No designs/coding of the pages are needed as that will be handled by me using the Phonegap framework. Should be a really quick project if you're an experienced iPhone/Android app developer. Easy money. I just don't have enough knowledge both both platforms to be able to do this or i would. If you feel that its worth doing and you are going to bid HIGHER than my max of $50 then please send me an email and we can discuss why that is.
