Android Application Fix

I need an Android Application Fixing for submitting to the Android Market.We had some work done by a developer and its really not upto scratch. The application curently works on my phone and can be installed from an APK file to see the functions. We already have an Iphone App the same that has been fixed and submitted to ITunes. We need the application checking and fixing and the design made the same as the IPhone, the work has been done it just needs making better.
