An invitation Designing to put into mailchimp

We are running a corporate launch party and would like html event invitation made to send digitally to our marketing lists. We will have the wording and a photoshop mock up of how we would like the invitation to look ready to go in the next week or so and wish to have it coded to include:

1. an RSVP section where they fill in their details and press RSVP (this then gets sent in an e-mail back to us) - is this even possible???

2. links to the page on our website where updates will be posted

We are looking into integration through mail chimp vs. using directly from our CRM but the ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience with both and able to advise. There is the possibility of further newsletter templates etc. following evaluation of work in this bid.
