An Archaic style family shield/crest

We are looking for a graphic designer to create an archaic style, family shield. The finished product must look like authentic.

The shield must have a snake coiled around a golden crown. The crown must only have three points. Also beneath the crown there should be flames. A ribbon must be incorporated (like on all archaic shields) to read; Ignis, Core, Superent.

The designer must be prepared to do several revisions if necessary.
