An administrator and 'optimiser' for my website

Hi there,
I have smugly (with lots of bad language!) built my website using wordpress (www.bereadycoaching.com) on a very basic level. I am looking for someone to add social media facilities to my site, the possibility of readers being able to 'share' comments to email and social media, and optimise my site making the mailing list of great importance. Also knowledge on how to create drop down sub catergories from main navigation bar and allow downloadable worksheets pdf. There is flexibility on the budget.
