Amendments and Page Templates to existing .ASPX Web site

We have an existing web site designed and maintained in GoDaddy.com.
It's non transactional, and just consists purely of company information.

We need some errors rectified and some new page layout templates created as soon as possible.

We would require the work to be developed on a staging area for checking before any amends go live.

Attached is a detailed list of the initial work required. More would follow.

I need someone who can be available immediately to conduct this work, is reliable, and can perform the work accurately and professionally. I have just been let down by another PPH freelancer, and do not want to go through the same thing again, so please only respond if you are 100% confident you are able to conduct the work to a high standard.
