Amendment to Joomla ecommerce Site

I have a site that has been started but needs finishing, the idea is that when a new item is added to Virtue Markt the image is then automatically added to the home page with a backward link to the product page, the image has to have a random image size (from a selection of 4) and must not touch or overlap other images.

Part 2 is to mimic the product page (Virtue Markt)of another site in layout (Images will be supplied)
