Amend and add to existing template on wordpress to finalise company website

I am in the process of redesigning my website on wordpress.

Basic architecture and copy has been completed. I am looking for a contractor to:
1. Integrate photos
2. Optimise font for visual appearance
3. Integrate elements of other specific wordpress templates into the new design process
4. Check all SEO
5. Resubmit new website index to search engines and antivirus suppliers
6. Make a back up of existing website
7. Remove obsolete files in web hosting filing and outline new website in clear structure
