Amend a PSD layout from pre-supplied file.

Budget is flexible, so please quote above/under if you think I'm not being reasonable.

I have attached the JPG version of the PSD file as it stands. I would like the following amendments made:

- The ripped paper effect down the centre should have something added to it I.e. Not just plain white. Maybe faint lines across it to make it look like writing paper? Some doodles on it (faintly) in the back ground to look like a child has scribbled on it e.g. Stick men/animals/text such as "party time"?

- The image with the text over it (looks like a jungle) I don't like. This should be of children laughing etc.

- "Simon Says" logo in top left hand corner doesn’t stand out enough for me. Not sure what can be done about that – think the colour is also slightly off of what the main colour on the rest of the page is.
