Alternate TraceRoute Tool

Create a simple command line traceroute tool (in JAVA 2, not a java applet or servlet) that accepts two host IPs as arguments. The app will then leverage traceroute proxies (ie: traceroute.org) to get traceroute results for both host A & host B, from 10 or more of the available USA sites. The app will then cross-reference the two resulting lists for intersecting paths to determine route paths between host A and host B. The app will then determine the winning path with the least number of hops between A and B. If there is a tie, the app can calculate shortest delay times from the traceroutes to determine the winner. The resulting shortest traceroute path from host A to host B will then be displayed on the screen. You must provide Well documented source code.
