Alterations to existing JS slider functionality

Adjust the slider JS (JQuery) to:

1) Cease automatic scrolling after the user has clicked either of the the slider arrows

2) Make it possible to enter a url such as: http://nobull.developmentandtesting.co.uk/index.html#case-study-the-caravan-club
which will link to the page and display the scroll pane of the id in the url (no automatic scrolling preferably and also be able to manually scroll from there on)

I will supply the html, JS and css files.
