Album Art Work

I need album art worked produced for a band called "Forever August" in formats for both Online and CD printing. The CD artwork will include a front cover (the same as the online format) and a 12 page booklet, mainly lyrics and thanks (Data for this will be provided) a simple design for the CD and a rear insert (mainly track listings) and inside insert (formats for all these have been attached except the inside insert as it would not allow me to attatch a 4th file). The band wishes for the Main design for the front cover to be a pair of hands (photographed or drawn) holding a butterfly with the band name and the album title "Yours To keep" displayed where appropriate. The complete project would be needed to be completed by the 21st of June 2012. Regular comunication at each stage is vital to ensure the band are happy with the design. The band have not released much in the last 2 years while writting and recording this album and one or two un released tracks from the album can be provided if you wish to get an idea of the bands sound.
