I am looking for someone to enhance the current search facility table that has already been created. See link below.

Currently users search for information and it is rendered with 9 fields, but what I would like is, if a user needs extra details they click onto the cell and a pop-up window appears with more detailed information about that company.
Can this be made and for how much?
Deadline is for this week Friday, most of the work has been done anyway all we need is the detailed section to work.
Please let me know of your thoughts.
