Aftereffects animated TV advert

I have a company that provides support services for people looking to apply for university. We want to produce a 30 second TV advert which will be a minimalistic animated presentation with voice over and simple animation that conveys the message being told. It needs to be modern, eyecatching and appealing to 17 year olds yet also look professional. The project needs to be completed by mid-September. Storyboard is available on request but i would like to see portfolios first.
