Aerial architectural illustration (perspective)

Hello,

I am looking for an illustrator to pitch for the creation an aerial architectural illustration (perspective) of a newly launched building.

The illustration will be used on the "open days" printed leaflet to show visitors what is happening and where (around the edifice). It needs to show the recently build premises, as well as the different stands/activities around it. It is a agricultural equipment reseller so you should be able to draw tractors! :)

Deadline: this is an urgent job. Ideally I would need an initial sketch done in the next couple of 3/4 days (I would give you the full event map), and then coloured in the next 10 days when we are happy with the initial draft.

In terms of graphic style, this could go either in the cartoon style or towards a more realistic / watercolour one. I am attaching a an aerial photography of the building that needs to be drawn, along with example of illustrations to show more less what I am looking for.

Please let me know an estimate fee for completion (could you also state you hourly rate for potential extra work).

The successful candidate will be selected on previous examples of work and bid amount.
