Adwords PPC upgrade

Our company started an adwords campaign in November of last year to advertise our website. Up to this point I have designed all of the ads. Our website is doing quite well and our ad budget is ~ $1,200 / month. I would like to hire on an expert to take a look at the data from the past 3 months and develop a better set of campaigns that will optimize our advertising resources.
