AdWords/BingAds & Analytics Tracking Codes

I have a WordPress website where contact forms when completed give the user a 'sent' message but does not take them to a different URL.

I need you to set up goals for each contact form in Google Analytics and then implement the code so that once a user completes the form it is registered as a goal within Analytics. I can them import these goals into AdWords.

Similarly, I need a BingAds tracking goal also implemented in the same way.

I am also looking for someone to implement a remarketing code across every single web page of the site. I can generate the code from AdWords. All you need to do is implement the code.
