Advice & assistance with short, undergrad (1st year) Social Policy essay

I DO NOT require this essay writing for me, I just need someone who is well read & understands the subject matter to discuss the essay question with me, listen to my ideas & stop me from going off on a tangent & failing to answer the essay question (which is a huge problem of mine).

Please only bid for the job if you are a graduate or current 2nd/3rd year undergrad in Social Policy/Sociology (UK universities only). Please give me an indication of your experience when proposing.
