Advertising telesales

I have a publication that is of interest to tourists in specific areas. It's something a bit different but is not unique. Competitors charge typically £5 but mine are free to download from the internet because they are funded by low cost advertising, between £75 - £115 for a year.
I am introducing a new area every couple of months or so and up to now have sold advertising myself. Unfortunately I can only do this evenings when many businesses are shut so I would like to outsource the it.
I am looking for an experienced telesales person to work from home in the last week of January contacting businesses in a particular area. I expect there to be 10 to 20 hours of work spread over a number of days.
I would be prepared to offer a minimum hourly rate plus commission per sale.
If successful I would be looking for you to do the same every few weeks.
